Mindful Mondays - Winter 2012 Series

  • Learn how to build Mindfulness Meditation into your life to reduce stress.
  • Mindfulness meditation is about being aware in the present moment. We spend a lot of time focusing on what went wrong in the past, or worrying about the future, and this distracts us from what we want to do in the moment. It also creates a lot of stress!

  • Take some time out for yourself and participate in one or more of the Mindfulness Meditation sessions. We will engage in a variety of mindfulness practices over the 4 sessions.

  • Registration required. No experience necessary.

Dates: TBA
Location: CAPS Room B, Mezzanine, 214 College St. (entrance through Housing Services)
Facilitator: Cheryl Champagne, Health & Wellness
Due to space, a maximum of 25 students will be able to participate.
REGISTRATION OPENS 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO EACH SESSION  (click here to register)
